What You Can Build
ISLETS: Each islet will be customizable via Minecraft Creative Mode live in the White Sands metaverse environment. You can build anything your mind can imagine - but will have to follow our standard Terms & Conditions to ensure an inclusive world. You will be able to revert your islet back to its original state, which includes a modern home structure.
MASTER-PLANNED COMMUNITIES: Our MPC like White Sands Islands will also be highly customizable - however many of the exterior features like home walls and landscaping will be locked. This is to ensure, like with an HOA, that each community maintains a standard look-and-feel when viewed from public areas. When inside your home, you will be able to make modifications and of course arrange things like furniture, artwork and more.
